Return and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Sale items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

All returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be shipped via a private carrier (FEDEX or DHL) within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be requested by email or through our contact form so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.
Important: we do not process returns sent to the sender’s address printed on your package. Any items returned to that address will not be processed.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, plastic covers, and cards received with the order.

Returns are accepted only via our authorized partners (FEDEX or DHL). The average shipping cost is $25 USD.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund to your original method of payment will be issued within 7 business days.

Note: Our 30-day money-back guarantee and the option to return after the legal withdrawal period apply only to orders placed in the USA.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet all conditions or exceeds the legal return period.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time for your refund to be officially posted).
  • Next, contact your bank (processing time is often required).

Sale & promotional items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale, promotion, or purchased with a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@my-nuvea.com.

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for exchanges.

Product exchanges are free of charge (the product itself is offered), but a $14.99 USD shipping fee per item will be required to cover delivery costs. This also applies to parcels marked “delivered” but lost by the carrier.

We offer this exchange option once per order. If an incorrect size is chosen during the exchange, a new purchase will be required for any additional exchanges.

Digital products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.


Defective items

You have 48 hours after receiving your order to report any defect. After this period, a shipping fee of $14.99 USD will apply for the replacement to be sent.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
