Definitions
Customer: any adult individual with legal capacity, or legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual property and infringement.

7. Management of personal data.
The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Data controller
For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User's personal account and their browsing of the Site, the Personal Data controller is: Nuvea. https://my-nuvea.com is represented by Nuvea, its legal representative.
As the controller of the data it collects, https://my-nuvea.com undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. In particular, it is responsible for establishing the purposes of its data processing activities, providing its prospects and customers with complete information about the processing of their personal data from the point at which their consent is collected, and maintaining an accurate record of processing activities. Whenever https://my-nuvea.com processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
7.2 Purpose of the collected data

As soon as https://my-nuvea.com becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from the User, https://my-nuvea.com undertakes to delete the User's data unless its retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

The User's Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of https://my-nuvea.com and processors (service providers), exclusively to fulfill the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes set out above, the main individuals likely to have access to the data of Users of https://my-nuvea.com are primarily our customer service agents.
8. Incident notification
